Our Private Drive is your exclusive retreat on the water, with your own crew, refreshing drinks and ample space for you to let your hair down. It's intimate, flexible and 100% private. Urban, casual and extraordinary. Three hours of cruising time is included, with extensions possible. Want to cruise for longer? Just ask – we'll make it happen.
Rebooking & Cancellation
Damit deine private Bootstour reibungslos läuft, findest du hier die wichtigsten Infos: 1. Buchung & Bezahlung Deine Buchung ist verbindlich, sobald du unsere schriftliche Bestätigung erhältst. Zahlung: 20% Anzahlung, Voller Betrag bis 14 Tage vor Event! 2. Stornierung & Umbuchung Pläne ändern sich – kein Problem: Bis 14 Tage vorher: 100 % Erstattung oder kostenfreie Umbuchung. 13–3 Tage vorher: 50 % Erstattung Weniger als 3 Tage vorher / No-Show: Keine Erstattung möglich. Stornierungen/Umbuchungen bitte schriftlich per E-Mail an urbanfloat030@gmail.com 3. Schlechtwetter-Garantie Bei Sturm, Gewitter oder behördlicher Warnung sagen wir die Fahrt ab: • Neuer Termin oder 100 % Rückerstattung. (Achtung: Regen oder Kälte gelten nicht als Absagegrund.) 4. Noch wichtig: • Du kannst jederzeit eine Ersatzperson benennen. • An Bord gelten unsere Sicherheitsregeln – der Kapitän hat das letzte Wort.
