Intimate, flexible, and 100% private. Urban, casual, and exceptional. Includes 3 hours of cruising time – extensions possible. Want to cruise longer? Just ask – we'll make it happen.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure your private boat tour runs smoothly, you'll find the most important information here: 1. Booking & Payment Your booking is binding as soon as you receive our written confirmation. Payment: 20% deposit, full payment up to 14 days before the event! 2. Cancellation & Rebooking Plans change – no problem: Up to 14 days in advance: 100% refund or free rebooking. 13–3 days in advance: 50% refund. Less than 3 days in advance / no-show: No refund possible. Please send cancellations/rebookings in writing by email to urbanfloat030@gmail.com. 3. Bad Weather Guarantee In the event of a storm, thunderstorm, or official warning, we will cancel the trip: • New date or 100% refund. (Please note: Rain or cold weather are not considered reasons for cancellation.) 4. Another important point: • You can name a replacement person at any time. • Our safety rules apply on board – the captain has the final say.
